EMPLOYBILITY TG COACHING:

Title of the Practice  offers career guidance on all aspects of career planning, job opportunities and options of graduate studies for students to help them choose the right career path based on their interests and capabilities. The Institute works towards enhancing the individual and institutional culture to better turn out graduating students with  appropriate attitude, capability and temperament to serve the needs of an ever-changing and dynamic needs of the community.

 

A degree in a mathematical subject not only involves studying mathematical sciences but also develops valuable skills. These skills, often referred to as employability skills, are essential for graduates entering the workforce.

 

OBJECTIVES

  • Skills Development: Provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform job tasks effectively. This includes both technical skills specific to certain industries or occupations, as well as soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
  • Job Search Techniques: Teach participants how to conduct a successful job search, including resume writing, cover letter writing, job application strategies, networking, and interviewing skills.
  • Building Confidence: Boost participants' confidence and self-esteem by providing them with the tools and resources they need to present themselves effectively to potential employers and succeed in job interviews.
  • Career Exploration and Planning: Assist participants in identifying their interests, strengths, and career goals, and help them develop a plan to achieve those goals. This may involve exploring different career paths, understanding the educational and training requirements for various occupations, and setting realistic career objectives.

  Overall, the objective of employability training is to empower individuals with       the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to secure meaningful employment, contribute to the workforce, and achieve their career aspirations.
