These outings serve as educational adventures, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world settings. Through field trips, students can engage with their academic subjects in tangible ways, fostering deeper understanding and retention. Such experiences often include visits to museums, research facilities, historical sites, or natural landmarks relevant to students' areas of study. Additionally, field trips encourage interactive learning, enabling students to ask questions, conduct experiments, and interact with experts in their fields. These departmental quizzes serve as valuable assessments, gauging students' understanding of core concepts and theories within their fields. Moreover, colleges often host inter-departmental quizzes, where students from different academic backgrounds come together to compete and collaborate. Such events promote interdisciplinary learning and encourage students to explore diverse subject areas beyond their majors. By participating in these quizzes, students not only sharpen their cognitive abilities but also develop teamwork and communication skills essential for their academic and professional journeys.
GROUP DISCUSSIONS & DEBATES
