100 Hours Classroom Recruitment Training (Employability)
100 Hours Classroom Recruitment Training is an intensive program designed to prepare individuals for job recruitment processes. It typically covers topics such as resume writing, interview techniques, aptitude tests, group discussions, and mock interviews. Participants undergo comprehensive training to enhance their employability skills and confidence. The program often includes hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios to simulate recruitment scenarios. 100 Hours Classroom Recruitment Training aims to equip candidates with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in the competitive job market.

CHSS (CENTER FOR HUMAN SECURITY )
TTWREIS -Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society had an MoU with the Center for Human Security (CHSS) and conducted a Residential Research Internship Programme. CHSS is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit mobile Human Security Think Tank, focused on the Internal Security and External Affairs of India.
CHSS conducted a Screening test for selected colleges, in which two students from our college were selected for a 1-month internship programme at MCR-HRD, Hyderabad.
Students acquired knowledge in the field of:
- Emerging Technologies
- Communication Skills
- Soft Skill

Data Science Internship
TTWREIS made an MOU with the Swinfy Solution Pvt. Ltd which is a Data Service Consulting firm that also provides training, and placement services in Data Science for various companies. Their specialization is in Data Science, Data Analytics, and Cloud Data Engineering. Swinfy Solutions has been associated with various technical upskilling programs with organizations like TTWREIS, United Way of Hyderabad, Wells Forgo etc.

Swinfy Solutions conducted Screening Tests and Interviews for all final-year Students. In that test, fourteen students were selected from our college

Life Skills
TTWREIS made an MoU with United Way of Hyderabad which conducts English and Life Skills sessions, coupled with Job Readiness sessions, facilitated by their experienced trainers on a daily basis. These sessions are designed to equip the students with essential skills, fostering holistic development and enhancing their employability.
Since 2019, UWH has provided many training programs regarding English and communication skills for our students. Through screening test, the following Students were selected.

EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
TTWREIS made an MoU with Naandi Foundation which provides Employability Skills Training Program by Mahendra Pride for one month. The Employability Skills Training Program was conducted for all final-year students in the college by the Gurukulam in collaboration with M/S Naandi Foundation, Hyderabad for five days who explained about kinds of interviews, rounds in interviews, group discussions, the importance of the English language, goal setting, and time management. Students were given training regarding on how to present themselves in interview & group discussion sessions such as body language, gestures, posture, grooming, smile, eye contact and intonation, etc.

Coding Classes Internship
TTWREIS made an MoU with Nirmaan Organization. Nirmaan Organization is a registered NGO, started by students of BITS Pilani in 2005 and working in the areas of education, Skills Development & Entrepreneurship, and Social Leadership initiatives benefiting children, Women, and Youth from diverse social backgrounds across 8 States of India while partnering with 35+ Corporate, Government and Philanthropic partners.
Sri Mayur Patnala, CEO of Nirmaan organization, has shown interest in providing an online computer training program(Coding) to our Students.
Since 2021, Nirmaan organization has been providing different types of training programs to our students and all final year students of MPCs & B.Com (C.A) have been participating in these training programs.

Kalpana Program
The Kalpana program refers to a series of initiatives, likely inspired by Kalpana Chawla, the first woman of Indian origin in space. While there isn't a single, specific "Kalpana program" universally recognized, various organizations, especially in India and space-related sectors, may have programs named in her honor. These programs typically focus on promoting space science, education, and encouraging young women to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

MATLAB Internship
TTWREIS Gurukulam provided MATLAB Internship program. A MATLAB internship offers practical experience in utilizing MATLAB Software for Data
Analysis, modeling, and simulation in various fields such as Engineering, Science, and Finance. Interns engage in hands-on projects to develop algorithms, visualize data, and solve complex problems using MATLAB's extensive toolset. The internship provides an opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, enhancing proficiency in MATLAB programming and best practices. Through mentorship and project work, interns gain practical insights into real-world applications of MATLAB across different industries. The experience acquired during a MATLAB internship can significantly bolster one's skill set and career prospects in quantitative analysis and computational research.

Bootcamp on IOT
Our Gurukulam provided a Bootcamp IOT Internship program. This IOT program was organized by '' Smart Bridge Educational Service Pvt." in association with TTWREIS. The Internet of Things (IoT) certificate training program equips participants with essential skills in IoT technologies, including device connectivity, data analysis, and network security. It offers hands-on experience with real-world applications, preparing learners for careers in this rapidly growing field. Ideal for professionals and students, the program enhances technical proficiency and opens up opportunities in various industries.
Seven Students from final year of our college have participated in a 2-day camp, in this training explained in detail about Hackathon and other coding programs.

CCIP(Community College Initiative Program)
The CCI program is a program of the U.S. Department of State which provides participants with a non-degree, one academic-year program at a U.S. Community College Designed to Build Participant's technical skills in applied fields, enhance their leadership capabilities, and strengthen their English language proficiency. the program also provides opportunities for professional internships, service learning, and community engagement. After completing the program, participants return home with enhanced skills to help them contribute to the economic development of their countries.
In this program, there are 4 rounds to select at the final. Our students went to the 3rd round and failed at the final round, they are still in college trying to succeed.
MSME (Embedded systems)
Embedded systems are specialized computing devices designed to perform specific functions within larger systems. They consist of hardware components integrated with software tailored to meet precise requirements. These systems are ubiquitous, found in everyday devices such as smartphones, automobiles, and medical equipment. Embedded systems often operate in real-time environments, requiring efficient processing and low power consumption. They play a critical role in modern technology, enabling automation, control, and connectivity in various industries.
