MICROBIOLOGY LAB

The microbiology laboratory plays an important role in the surveillance treatment, control and prevention of nosocomial infections. The microbiologist is a permanent and active member of the infection control committee (ICC) and the antimicrobial stewardship group (ASG).

.Objectives are:

• To give a platform to students to practice the theoretical concepts learnt in classroom.

• To make students easily learn apply concepts in daily practice.

• To develop basic Microbiologyand improve competitive skills.

• To develop entrepreneurial and professional abilities.
