INTRODUCTION:

TTWRDC G KOTHAGUDEM provides a valuable resources and opportunities for students to improve their skills and secure their dream jobs where the placements cell plays a crucial role in a student’s career journey. It provides students with the necessary skills, training and opportunities to secure jobs after graduation, there by contributing to their overall professional development and success of   the institution.

Placement cell can also help the students develop their resumes, cover letters and other documents require for the job application process.

AIM :

The placement cell works as a bridge between the students and potential employers to provide career guidance, training, and placement services to the students.

OBJECTIVES :

• The primary objective of a training and placement cell is to provide employment Opportunities to students by inviting companies for campus placement cell works towards bridging the gap between academia and the industries by helping students to develop the skills and the knowledge required by the industries.
• To shape students careers by providing them with a platform to interact with industry leaders and secure placement opportunities.

ACTIVITIES :

• To assists students in preparing their resumes and covering letters to guide job search strategies and career planning.
• Help students to identify suitable job opportunities and facilities for their participation in requirement drives and job fairs.
• Conduct   resumes – building workshops to help students to create effective resumes. These workshops provide students with valuable insight into the elements of a successful resumes.

ROLE OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS :

• Key function of the placement committee include building relationships with employers to create job opportunities for students and organizing recruitment events, such as career fairs, guest lectures, pre-placement talks, and on- campus/online interviews.
• To give the students right knowledge, skill and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the industry.
• To maintain good liaison with the recruiters.

• To groom the students and make them aware of current scenarios of various industries.
