 Academic Calendar 

MISSION:

The special academy for research and knowledge (SpARK) encourages excellence in teaching through regular academic programmes, as well as competitive exams in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences and Computer Science. The aim is to motivate students to engage in internationally renowned programs of research, scholarship, and creative activities in their future as global citizens They should envision and design a career plan that  supports application of knowledge in their field of study.

VISION:

The special academy for research and knowledge (SpARK) is established to perform a central role in fulfilling the mission of Gurukulam in promoting and maintaining excellent standards in undergraduate education that has wider socio-economic implications. This initiative has to be understood and placed within larger knowledge revolution that Gurukulam has envisaged under the able leadership of our honourable Secretary Dr. R. S. Praveen Kumar, for the marginalised communities and the Indian society at large. We aspire to be an academy of first choice for prospective students offering high quality coaching for exams like IIT-JAM, CU-CET, NIM-CET, HCU-CET.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR

The academic year for degree students starts in July and ends with the final semester exams held in April-May. There are two semesters for each academic year.

Classes for 2^nd yrs and 3^rd yrs start from June. There is a perfect academic plan for students from every college depending on their respective university almanac. The well-designed Academic calendar not only plans & schedules a wide range of curricular, co-curricular & extra-curricular activities for the students but also helps to equip them with the required skill-set and prepares them to enhance their potential in various academic & non-academic activities. TTWREI Society has indeed opened gateway to the golden threshold of knowledge and helps the youth of today to navigate and explore the world of opportunities by empowering them with the tool of education.

Examinations:

Examinations will be held regularly to make students free from exam fear and to make them thorough learners. 

• Examinations are held in a planned manner at the institutional level by conducting
• Weekly slip tests.
• Monthly test
• Pre finals
• Assignments
• Internal exams will be conducted as per the universities' almanac.

Regular seminar and ppt presentations of the subject topics are assigned to students and are their performance is evaluated to build confidence and attain a grip over the subject.

Projects & field trips:

• Project-based learning not only provides opportunities for students to collaborate or drive their own learning, but it also teaches them skills such as problem-solving which helps to develop additional skills, integral to their future, such as critical thinking and time management.
• For every final year student, choosing of a project early in the academic year is compulsory. They will select the projects as a group in their interested subject or field.
• The project work will be monitored continuously by the lecturers.
• Suggestions and support will be given by the lecturers.
• Field trips are one more interesting kind of activity which provide students with new opportunities for learning through experience: Information is presented to students in a way that meets different learning modalities. Field trips provide students with the ability to learn by doing instead of just passively listening to the information being taught in class.
• Field trips were offered to each and every student of the college according to their subjects.

CGC:

• The Career Guidance Cell has been catering to the needs of students with the following objectives: To conduct a survey among students on their career options. To organize programmes to create awareness about the importance of higher studies in India and Abroad. To organize coaching classes for CAT, TOEFL, GRE and so on.
• our main motto is to make students aware of EEE.
• Education 
• Every week 6 hrs are alloted for Career Counselling/ PG coaching to all the students by the lecturer concerned.
